If you want a future that inspires you, Windmills Interactive can help you map out your future.
This interactive online resource takes you through the key questions of:
- Where am I?
- What sort of life do I want?
- How can I start working towards my kind of life?
You can use the resource to focus on areas you need to improve, but for maximum benefit we recommend you work though all the sections – but you don’t need to do it all at once. Each exercise takes about 20-30 minutes and you may also need time for acting and review.

Career Development Profiler
West Associates (Business Psychologists) have developed the Career Development Profiler to help you:
- Choose the right career
- Be more effective at work
- Improve your job satisfaction
The Career Development Profiler contains three sections designed to analyse your:
- Interests
- Motivation
- Personality
Your will need about 15 minutes to complete the asesssment. Comprehensive results will be delivered online, along with a profile matching your personality to appropriate job types.
Once you have completed the Career Development Profiler you will be given the option of using the Career Planner, which is designed to be completed off-line. It will take you through your results step by step so you can interpret the results and reach better career decisions. There are four sections:
- Interpretation of work interest
- Interpretation of motivation
- Interpretation of personality
- Action plan
