Job Description

allmanhall provide full management of the buying process to foodservice caterers, sourcing their food and grocery products, from both local and national suppliers. We are an expanding company, based in Box, Wiltshire. A rare opportunity has arisen for a dynamic accounts trainee to join our award-winning tream.

The right candidate will have a strong desire to deliver a high standard of finance management, interpret analysis and handle complex data. They will also have the ability to work successfully across multiple sides of the business, as well as possessing exceptional communication skills.

Hours: 08.45 - 17.15 Monday - Thursday 08.45 - 16.15 on Friday

Reporting to the head of Finance and Insights

Essential Qualities

  1. An ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as autonomously; strong interpersonal skills.
  2. Highly organised with an ability to think ahead, prioritise, manage and 'own’ a number of tasks.
  3. Ambitious, conscientious and self-motivated, with a flexible approach,
  4. A desire to thrive in a fast-moving office environment, working on multiple projects at any one time, and seeing them through to delivery.
  5. Good communication skills, and a high standard of verbal and written English. This includes excellent attention to detail.
  6. Good numeracy skills, ability to analyse and use data, astutely.
  7. A strong professional attitude, enthusiastic and effective.

Desirable Qualities .

  1. 'A’ level Maths
  2. Proficient Excel user
  3. Experience of working with databases
  4. Knowledge of visualisation/graphing tools/software
  5. Technologically adept
  6. An interest in marketing that goes deeper than brand or design (ROI, data strategies, lead management and so forth)
  7. A Business / Management or Finance/Computer Science related degree
