It’s that same approach to our clients that will help you succeed on our excellent Graduate Development Programme.

This is an invitation for you to apply to join us on an exciting journey. One where you can bring to life a diverse range of projects and work with leading clients.

We recruit graduate each year into our five main business areas, these are:

We have two Graduate Pathways available to you at PBA. We do this as we recognise that there may be some of you who know exactly which discipline you want progress your career in, and others who may want to try out a few and see what you like!

Core Discipline Pathway

As a member of the Core Discipline pathway, your two years will consist of working on a variety of projects within your chosen discipline to give you exposure and experience to further your development within your selected career path.

Rotational Pathway

As member of the rotational pathway, you will get the opportunity to try three of our disciplines. Your two years will typically consist of three rotations, firstly spending twelve months in your core discipline and then two six month placements in disciplines where you will build further knowledge of working in a multi-disciplinary practice.

Both pathways of the Graduate Development Programme may include a secondment should either the requirement or opportunity present itself. Previous Graduates have found this beneficial in achieving their professional development objectives.

Please note that that rotational pathways may not be available in some of our specialist disciplines.

We work with you to offer not just the projects and opportunities to ensure that this happens but also the mentoring and support that you need too.
