Job Description

Hawkes Point is an award winning luxury 5 star Gold self catering agency located in Carbis Bay, Cornwall.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic person to join our small team.

The Role

The role will consist of the following:

  • Dealing with guests on a day to day basis.
  • Guest liaison at ‘Hawkes Point’
  • Sales – taking care of holiday enquiries by email and phone, new bookings and existing bookings.
  • In house marketing assistance working with and alongside our full time marketing manager.

What are we looking for?

The right candidate will become the face of Hawkes Point for guests arriving and be the point of contact for everyone who has an interest in Hawkes Point by phone, email and in person. 

You need to be very presentable, highly organised, ideally have some office and admin experience with knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Apple Mac savvy but none are essential.  Most importantly, a big smile, plenty of enthusiasm and bags of humour and flexibility will help.

Due to the nature of the business flexibility within the office environment is essential. But, we are flexible too and if you can bring something else to the role we very much encourage this and will look to bring your skill(s) into your role.

Previous experience

Ideally you will come from a sales and office background but not essential. Previous employees have bought a wealth of variety of skills varying from design, photography, PR and customer services.
