You may be contacted by Gradsouthwest.com or our partner universities at any time. We will not share your data with external parties (outside of the partnership) without your express permission but we may contact you on behalf of third parties. You cannot opt out of the sharing of your data with our partners because it is fundamental to the service we provide. You can however ask to be removed from the Gradsouthwest.com and partner databases by emailing admin@gradsouthwest.com 

When you register as a candidate with Gradsouthwest.com (either on this website or via a partner careers service) we collect your personal data. We share this with our partner universities who will process and store the data in accordance with their data protection policies. We use your data to profile and improve our service. We also use it to send you vacancies that may be relevant to your area of study (in addition to the automated email alerts). You may be contacted by Gradsouthwest.com or our partner universities at any time. We will not share your data with external parties (outside of the partnership) without your express permission which is sought when you register.

We require this information to understand your needs, to provide you with a better service and in particular for the following reasons:
• To share with all university partners in order to provide a regional service

• To send you vacancies that may be relevant to your area of study (in addition to automated email alerts)

Controlling your data

Recruiters

You may remove your vacancy data and business contact data (which may include your personal data) from the Gradsouthwest.com and partner university databases by emailing admin@gradsouthwest.com 

Candidates

You may opt out of receiving ad hoc emails and recruiter job notifications from Gradsouthwest.com and partner careers services and universities by logging in and amending your account preferences (this will not affect your automated email alert preferences).
You may set up / amend / delete your automated email alerts by logging in and amending your account preferences.
You may unsubscribe from Gradsouthwest.com at any time by emailing admin@gradsouthwest.com
If you have previously agreed to us supplying your personal information to third parties (you opt in or out when you register with the service), you may change your mind at any time by emailing admin@gradsouthwest.com
