Pod is an established design-led gift, home and lifestyle retailer in Clifton, Bristol.
We are looking for a full time assistant manager to work together with our store manager. This varied and interesting role is a great opportunity for someone with creative flair and enthusiasm to work in a stimulating environment with wonderful products. You will also be managing and working with a team of part-time sales assistants.
You will be expected to:
- Assist the manager in the day to day running of the shop
- Provide excellent customer service
- Process deliveries, replenish stock and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Merchandise displays and implement creative window displays
- Creative flair and real enthusiasm for our retail offer is essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good communication skills and a passion for excellent customer service
- Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
- Retail or customer facing work experience necessary
