Our client is looking for an Assistant to the CEO to understand the responsibilities, needs and priorities of the CEO, and to create the time and space needed to enable the CEO to focus on the most strategically critical demands of the organisation.
This role will interact with the leadership team,and departments across the organisation to provide advanced support for the CEO and to support and facilitate the delivery of key projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working with teams to ensure the effective operation of the CEO's activities and strategy.
-·Design, organise and co-ordinate meetings for the CEO, drive the agenda, produce meeting/board packs, produce minutes where relevant and follow up on actions.
- Provide effective management of the CEO’s inbox, diary and travel itinerary.
-·Research and source external and internal information, interpreting data, presenting ideas for discussion with the CEO and summarising / analysing information.
·- Proactively assisting the CEO in all aspects of day to day business activities.
