Job Description

Cornwall Environmental Consultants (CEC) are seeking a self-motivated and experienced administrator to support their busy team and Managing Director.

 

Cornwall Environmental Consultants (CEC)is the consultancy arm of Cornwall Wildlife Trust. CEC is a leading ecological and landscape architecture consultancy in the south west, based in Allet near Truro, providing professional services to the construction, development and land management sectors.

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced administrator to support our busy team and Managing Director.  You will have excellent organisational and project planning skills and experience in working with financial, project management and quality assurance systems.  Able to prioritise tasks you will ensure that the office runs smoothly and our management systems (financial, Client Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning) are well-maintained.

You will be dealing with staff, customers and suppliers so highly professional written and verbal communication skills are important, as is a friendly and helpful disposition. The ability to work under your own direction and as part of a team will help to ensure that you make a success of this post and have a real impact on the company’s performance.

It is essential that you have experience working in office management in a commercial organisation and knowledge of audit preparation would be highly desirable.
