Your core objective will be to engage with Chief Executives and Managing Directors to understand their needs and arrange sales meetings, so that Novo can develop new client relationships across the business spectrum.

The natural career path will be to develop your sales skills with the aim of becoming a fee earning executive search Consultant, which will entail running your own assignments for Board level clients.
You will be ambitious, confident, articulate and professional while being comfortable engaging with senior decision makers to introduce and sell our services.
