We are looking for a high calibre candidate to work with us in the Project, Performance and Policy Team within the Homes, Neighbourhoods and Regeneration Directorate.

You must have the ability to carry out systems administration on multiple business systems by having a high level of attention to detail; ensure accurate information is recorded and available on each system in line with any required changes or new persons information; and maintain records for an audit trail basis.  Candidates must both have a proven record and ability to deliver training on business systems with Homes, Neighbourhoods and Regeneration colleagues in various positions across the business who need further in-depth knowledge of the system use, as well as training all new starters to the business to ensure they have a good structured introduction to the new systems and working procedures that relate to the use of the systems.

You will have demonstrable knowledge and experience of delivering high quality project work, ideally including performance and data analysis and gathering requirements of current working procedures to enable mapping of new system requirements in the delivering of further mobilisation projects across the directorate.

We may also consider an outstanding candidate who does not yet have the experience and knowledge across all areas of the post, but who can demonstrate exceptional aptitude and the ability to develop the skills and knowledge required to perform the role fully. The candidate should have an excellent proven record of IT systems functionality as well as the use of programming or query building to assist with delivering accurate data to help drive continual improvements in the business.

You will also have a strong focus on identifying and resolving issues and problems with the working practices and systems used across the directorate that affect the use of the technology available to help deliver an excellent service to all of PCH customers.
