  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident person to join our friendly team as a Cleaning Operations Coordinator. This is a permanent, position and we are looking for someone to commit to helping our company grow long-term. As we continue to grow there will be new opportunities available and we would love you to grow with us.
  • You will be required to undertake and oversee the detailed regular cleaning of client premises and ensure that our standards are kept very high. You will be dealing with our clients and supervising our wonderful cleaning team on a daily basis.  
  • You will be provided with a work van to enable you to deliver cleaners and equipment to job sites and to restock all our client's consumables.
  • The right applicant will be full of enthusiasm, good ideas and the commitment to provide excellent service to all our clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication with clients and  the cleaning team
  • Ensure the work of the team is completed to the highest standards at all times
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards 
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
  • Complete audits of consumables to ensure sufficient stock is maintained 
  • Deal with any client requests promptly and politely
  • Ensure jobs are completed within appropriate and agreed time allocations
  • Providing training to new and current cleaners as required
  • Deliver equipment and cleaners to work sites and ensuring they have everything they need to complete their work to perfection!

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous proven cleaning experience 
  • Supervisory / leadership experience
  • Full, clean drivers licence
  • A calm multi-tasker who works well under pressure
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Well organised and efficient
  • A can-do attitude
  • A great team player
  • Bags of enthusiasm for great customer service 
  • Great communication skills
