Plymouth Community Homes has the largest number of social homes of any provider in Plymouth, and also owns a significant number of commercial properties both in the city centre and in outlying areas of the city.
We are looking for a high calibre candidate for the post of Commercial Premises Surveyor. In this role, you will work in our commercial premises team, and be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, including calculating rent and negotiating new lease terms and lease renewals, negotiating rent reviews, letting properties, and managing lease assignments. You will carry out property inspections and provide advice generally about commercial properties.
We are looking for somebody who can show that they can adopt a commercial approach, negotiate terms with customers, maximise income for PCH whilst ensuring that businesses remain viable and sustainable, recover monies owed to PCH, make sound judgements in a wide range of circumstances, and operate within relevant legislation and good practice.
