As Customer Service Advisor you will undergo training enabling you to use chat, email and telephone to connect with customers offering advice and guidance, support and feedback. On a daily basis you will:
- deal efficiently with a full range of customer enquiries
- assess customer feedback to continually improve service
- direct customers to relevant online support, seeking technical guidance as required
- develop & maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of company products & services

Work should fit around your life, not the other way around. Ideally you will work at least 20 hours a week, and full time hours are usually 9am until 5.30pm each weekday (37.5 hours per week) although there is some flexibility in this depending on your circumstances. There may be some weekend working but this is flexible.
Due to COVID19, everyone currently works from home and will to do so until it’s safe to return to the office. Depending on how government guidelines change over the coming months, this role can either be worked from the office or a mixture of remote and office. The Company will provide you with the necessary IT equipment for working from home
