Job Description

Outstanding Temporary Opportunities – summer roles based in Taunton, Somerset, close to J25 of the M5

Starting Salaries: Between £15.5k and £16.5K (circa, pro rata) dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Terms: Three months initial contract (further contract periods may be available), immediate start ideally and full time (37 hours per week, Monday to Friday typically but with some Saturday cover if needed).

  • Provide telephone contact support to our customers and providers ensuring that all aspects of policy administration is dealt with correctly;

About you

We are keen to hear from you if you are looking for a role over the summer which will allow you to gain valuable experience in a professional customer services environment, whilst making a positive difference to all of our customers.   Some customer service experience would be advantageous but a professional attitude and empathetic caring nature is essential.
