We are looking for 2 Finance Assistants to join our growing team, based in our Exeter office. These are new roles within the Corporate Finance team and they are an exciting opportunity for a candidates seeking their first step into Finance or a graduate who is looking to gain experience in a growing and dynamic organisation.
As a Finance Assistant, you will provide support service to the team in all areas of financial administration and accounting for our house building programme, reconciliations of group stock holdings, annual rent reviews and treasury tasks including daily investments and loan administration. You will provide administrative support to a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
To be considered for the role of Finance Assistant, you will:
- Have a good level of literacy and numeracy
- Be a competent MS Office user – particularly MS Excel
- Have the ability to determine priorities with a good attention to detail
- Be enthusiastic and have the ability to work collaboratively
- Be committed to deliver services to customers in line with our values
