About Morgan Hill Consultants Ltd.
We deliver the means for organisations to succeed in transforming their businesses for the 21st century. We provide digital expertise focused on big data, analytics, machine learning and AI. This includes implementing effective operating models to make the technology successful. The company was formed in 2005 but began its focus on data and machine learning in 2020.
We have a focus on financial services and insurance in the City of London and other similar financial centres. We deliver for our clients the most effective solutions based on our wide range of proven and skilled individuals. Our “secret sauce” is the highly skilled individuals we deploy coupled with a passion for using the best available technology. We have 15 members of staff based in the UK and in India.
Company Performance
The company has deliberately limited its engagements to working for the boards and executive teams of a handful of very well-known corporates until this year. This year it has broadened its objectives to deploy analytics in support of the advisory services. It is this change of strategy that has led to the rapid growth being experienced now.
Company Culture
The culture is very much results oriented. We work at a very senior level within our clients and are commissioned because of the quality and pace of our deliveries. This is reflected in the way our staff are rewarded, i.e., there are few limits on what is possible.
Work-life Balance
When the pressure is on then we are often expected to put in long hours and weekends to meet deadlines. The flip side to this is that we are very relaxed about our people taking time to do their own thing when the pressure is off. It is not a 9-5 environment
