Our team is a powerhouse of creative storytelling talent, and we’re on the lookout for a standout creative professional to break new ground and make their mark on our creative agency.
Are you an ambitious graphic designer with a passion for your craft and a wish to develop your skills within a dynamic team? If yes, we’d love to meet you!
Your designs will be brave, and you’ll have strong core skills across the entire graphic design spectrum. You’ll be highly skilled at interpreting briefs to meet (and exceed) the needs of our clients, and have experience developing ideas from initial concept to campaign completion.
You’ll be a visual and brand thinker, social media forward, and an excellent design all-rounder. Your portfolio will evidence previous experience, work examples and can include any personal or study projects with the aim of showcasing your creative abilities.
You’ll need to be…
- Educated to degree-level or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in relevant technology, Adobe CC's design software especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Confident in taking ownership of visual design, and the creation of print and digital assets across creative and marketing platforms including social media, email and website content.
- Organised, you will be confident in managing and completing multiple projects, and meeting agreed deadlines.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of care and attention to detail.
- Open to learning new skills and contributing to projects that involve other services we offer.
- Be a confident communicator and active listener; you enjoy liaising with clients, your team, and other teams within the agency.
- Willing to follow our core values of being open, honest, professional, unconventional, fair, fun and courageous.
- Passionate about storytelling and being part of a team of great people.
- Have a strong moral compass and a great work ethic.
- A driving licence, or the ability to travel around Cornwall to meet clients.
It’ll be cool if you…
- Possess a strong understanding of art direction, typography, layout, illustration, UX and UI.
- Have experience strengthening a client’s brand positioning by ensuring visual consistency across various touchpoints.
- Show curiosity as an ideas driven professional.
- Have previous experience designing for social media and creating digital content including reels.
- Immerse yourself in the design community, emerging trends, technology, culture and art outside of work, and have a natural curiosity that filters through to your design.
About Idenna:
Idenna is a vibrant, campaign focused creative agency, with an exciting and expanding national and international client portfolio. Our briefs range from corporate brands through to independant, cultural projects, so you’ll get the chance to work with a diverse range of clients.
You’ll be brainstorming and collaborating with teams across all Idenna departments to conceptualise and execute client campaigns that align with their brand identities and objectives. You’ll also develop engaging content for campaigns that target both B2B and B2C audiences.
We are a well-established multi-disciplined creative team, full of self-confessed word nerds, cinephiles, and design geeks. We pride ourselves on staying well read and abreast of the latest industry innovations, we’re eager to share our knowledge and inspirations, and equally delighted to learn from others.
Idenna is building a blended approach; flexing between working from the Idenna studio in Newquay and from home, including face-to-face client meetings. We offer a dynamic, friendly and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity and innovation.
Salary is dependent upon experience + benefits.
