Job Description

You will gain an understanding of all the elements of Housing Management that ensure the delivery of an efficient, effective, and responsive Housing Management service to our customers. 
 
You will spend time in the following teams to ensure you have a wide reaching experience across our Housing directorate.

  • Lettings
  • Tenancy Sustainment
  • Income and Service Charges
  • Customer Service Centre
  • Service Improvement
  • Homeownership and Commercial
  • Neighbourhood Hub
  • Housing  Management
