Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced IT Support Technician capable of delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

You will be based on our busy helpdesk working within a friendly team of techs who pride themselves on delivering excellent quality support.

Working knowledge of the following is essential:

-Microsoft 365 administration
-Microsoft Windows desktop operating system
-Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
-AntiVirus, networking, printer, connectivity troubleshooting

The ability to support Apple devices and Operating Systems is highly desirable.

It is envisaged that applicants will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role supporting external customers and/or a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.
