As a small company we also have the expectation that our team will get involved in all aspects of business operations and be flexible and able to adapt to a range of different tasks and priorities according to business need.
The role would ideally suit someone at the start of their career in technology, or those wishing to make the transition from a helpdesk / support role to a more technically focussed position.
If this sounds like you, and particularly if you have skills or experience in one or more of the following areas, then we would love to hear from you:
- Databases
- Data Analysis & Processing
- Supporting mobile / web applications
- Windows Server
- End user support / Helpdesk
- Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a related industry sector - engineering, land or property management, facilities etc (desirable)
This is a varied role with the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of supporting our products and services. Day to day duties will include:
- Responding to and updating support tickets raised by customers
- Assisting with onboarding new customers
- Product testing
- Product configuration
- Assisting with application and database development and admin tasks
- Preparing documentation and training / user guides
- Data cleansing and analysis
For the right candidate we can offer training, a competitive base salary (£22-26K depending on experience), fantastic opportunities to learn and grow and a generous bonus scheme.
The role will be based at our office in Moretonhampstead on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park in Devon with the potential opportunity for hybrid working after an initial probationary period and completion of training.
There will also be occasional opportunities to visit client sites locally and nationwide to meet with customers and assist with delivering training in the field.
