Sparex is a global supplier of agricultural spare parts fully owned by AGCO a major player in the global tractor manufacturing sector with brands such as Fendt, Valtra and Massey Ferguson. Sparex turns over well in excess of $100m per annum and has continued to grow throughout its 50 year history.
The role exists within the Ecommerce and Marketing department. This central team manages the front end web development and digital communications for the entire Sparex business. The department oversees user experience and design and executes all key digital (and print) marketing communications. The department works centrally, managing the requirement for all Sparex international business subsidiaries.
Purpose of Role
To assist in the end to end process of briefing, delivering and assessing a wide range of promotional campaigns, content and events for the network of international Sparex subsidiaries. To help ensure Sparex communications retain consistency and are delivered on time and to the highest standards possible.
Working with our global subsidiary teams on creating a range of market specific promotional activities including print and digital executions
Helping to manage the briefing and amendment process, working as a central point between marketing, product, local markets (our international subsidiaries) and the design team
Specifying building and uploading content to a central sales tool to help increase sales efficiency across the Sparex group
Managing the translation process, ensuring all content is correctly translated into multiple languages
Helping to organise processes and establish clear deadlines and workflows for the creation of a range of promotional materials and campaigns (with both internal teams and third party suppliers)
Assisting in all aspects of arranging and creating small and large scale promotional events (UK and International)
Managing and supporting group merchandising and promotional activity
Helping to compile campaign analytics and user reports
Working to ensure all content and campaign assets are correctly executed across multiple languages and global channels
Helping to upload and manage content across multiple online store fronts

There is huge opportunity for a candidate to immerse themselves in all aspects of ecommerce and marketing as well as gain a solid grounding and understanding of the structure and logistics of an international business. The Ecommerce and Marketing team works closely with most departments including the product team, commercials teams and logistics teams. candidate will receive significant insight and on the job training in all of these disciplines.

Skills and Understanding
In the first instance we need an individual who is willing to help and assist. Willing to dive into a variety of tasks and confident enough to ask for help and guidance when they need it. A willing communicative style is essential.
Evidence that the individual has experience of or a natural aptitude in developing a campaign, and ability to create both the message and tactics for delivery to a relevant target market.
Behavioural Characteristics/ Personal Qualities and Attributes
Must be good in fast paced environment and have the ability to produce quality in a short time frame. The department is very focused on helping and supporting fellow colleagues and a natural desire to serve and support others is highly important.
Graduate of a UK university within the last 3 years
