We have a fantastic opportunity for a multifaceted, organised and driven person to become an integral part of the film team and the business itself. You will play a key role in making idenna slicker, more efficient and create better output than it did yesterday.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A proven track record in organizing  film and photography shoots

• Understanding and enthusiasm for the film/photography production process

• Awareness  of the power of pre production

• The ability to be the face and ambassador for Idenna

• An interest and talent for problem-solving - often before they arise

• The ability to manage multiple projects and workflows keeping them on track 

• A creative streak 

Key responsibilities:

• Developing creative

• Keeping the client up to date with progress and schedules and managing expectations

• Helping create schedules for shoot days

• Organising models, locations, props, and any external producers

• Being on set to make sure shoot days go smoothly

• Keeping of track of budgets and time outlay

• Managing workflow within the film team

• Managing client expectations

• Creating pitches

Key requirements:

• Confident and outgoing personality

• Excellent attention to detail

• Well organised and self-motivated

• High level of integrity and discretion

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Advanced computer skills including spreadsheets

• Organising correspondence in and out of business

• Experience in organising film/photography projects
