We are looking to recruit a Project Assistant.
This exciting role will include:
- Supporting the Senior Project Manager and energy advice team with administrative processes, including assisting with project invoicing and reporting as required.
- Responding to initial enquiries about a wide range of energy related issues, referring clients onto the advice team for further advice and support; providing information and, where appropriate, making referrals on behalf of clients to grants and other sources of funding for the installation of heating upgrades and energy saving measures; delivering accurate and impartial advice on energy efficiency, renewable energy, fuel bills and wider support to maintain affordable warmth for the home.
- Maintaining effective customer relationships to assist customers to take action upon advice provided.
- Assisting vulnerable clients to complete application forms by collecting relevant sensitive information over the phone. Helping to administer emergency pre-pay meter top ups for vulnerable clients and ordering small measures such as low energy light bulbs, for delivery to clients as required.
