The role works within BU’s Residential Services team who manage and deliver all aspects of student accommodation for the University.
The post holder will be support the development and administration of front line customer services within BU’s Student Village student accommodation, which includes the provision of student community, welfare and facilities management services. They will also provide administrative support to help deliver the provision of accommodation for Summer Conference/Summer School clients ensuring the provision of service excellence to maximise income.
This post is available part-time for 22 hours per week, between 9am and 6pm (Monday – Friday) with specific hours agreed on a rota basis with some adaptability required in order to ensure that key time scales and deadlines are met. Some weekend working will be required throughout the year to support student departure and arrivals as well as University Open Days.
A satisfactory enhanced DBS Disclosure is required for this post.
