Job Description

ProGrAnalog Corp, has opened a subsidiary in the UK and is now looking for a Sales Lead to take advantage of this opportunity, working closely with the US operations, to continue sales growth.

ProGrAnalog Corp based in Oregon USA, designs solutions for the semiconductor sector.  These solutions are based on power management testing, and directed at the global market.  Recent contract wins and new products have demonstrated a growing market with particular opportunities in Asia and Europe. 

ProGrAnalog Corps UK Ltd is wholly owned by ProGrAnalog Corps in the US, and is based in the Tremough Innovation Centre, Penryn. It is a 24/7 managed office facility.  It sells its products to all Semiconductor companies, focusing on Tier 1 players such as Avnet, Xilinx, AMD for example.

We are looking for an individual with an excellent attitude to sales and business development skills, someone who is able to take their own initiative, pro-actively market, sell the products, and be able to work with others.  In time, this role will likely lead a team of sales executives as sales grow and this role will likely evolve accordingly to include management of this team.

  • Sales and Business Development experience, particularly with use of CRM systems such as HubSpot, Capsule.
  • Ability to set their own strategies and approaches to this sector.
  • Ideally, will have experience in the semiconductor industry though this is not an absolute requirement.  Some technical ability will be required.
  • An ability to work on their own with minimum supervision and be results orientated.
  • Ideally educated to degree level, but not essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products – Excel, Work, Outlook etc.
  • Ability to present, both online and in person.


ProGrAnalog is a young company with an excellent future.  This role represents its first expansion outside the US, and is likely to lead to a five to seven person operation focusing on Sales and R&D.  The founder is English, and although has spent over 20 years in the US, is keen to see a UK operations leverage the UK’s time zone and competitive nature, and will be visiting the company regularly.

Its product suites are aimed at testing power management for semiconductors.  A good example of this is, which enables manufacturers to validate and test their power solutions. 

While Semiconductor experience is ideal, the company is prepared to educate and train the right individual and believes this is very achievable for someone with the right attitude and modest technical ability.

ProGrAnalog Corps (US) has now established itself and will be able to generate significant leads for the right individual to close.  The semiconductor industry is a multi £bn industry, continues to expand every year and is truly global.
