The role:

This is an entry level role, offering an exciting opportunity to join the customer support team with one of the UK’s leading currency brokers. Full training for the role will be given, but the ideal candidate will have previous sales/customer service experience.

As a member of the team you will be working directly with personal clients, helping them to use their online account and assisting with any queries they have. There is no cold calling involved as all clients have registered and opened an account and have a genuine requirement.

We are looking for someone with:

· Motivation to succeed

· Good organisational and communication skills

· Great telephone manner

· Ability to support clients with limited technical capabilities

In return we offer a full time permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, with an OTE £22,000 - £30,000
