How we develop you?

The Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East and Africa (AFEMEA) Graduate Program is an exciting opportunity to further develop your skills and unwrap your expertise with an international packaging leader offering you a unique working experience in an innovative and diverse environment.

The Graduate Program is an 18 month development opportunity consisting of three rotations of six months each. Each rotation is based at one of our plants across Europe.

AFEMEA is committed to recruiting and developing graduates to ensure that we have talented co-workers in our business helping us turn challenges into opportunities.

Each successful applicant will be offered a permanent contract designed to provide hands-on learning with one of our AFEMEA teams. You will be involved from day one, working on projects where you will be encouraged to actively participate in decisions that have a direct impact on our business.
