Our mission at Teonfa Care Group Limited is to empower our clients to remain as independent as possible in their own homes, allowing them to take the lead in their care and freeing them from the stress of tasks that have become an unnecessary drain on their energy. We also aim to release time for our clients and their families to be able to interact as a family, rather than as care givers and patients.

Teonfa Care Group Limited has more than 40 years of experience working with patients and families, understanding that each client is completely unique to the next. As big believers in independence, it is important to us that our clients input into all aspects of their care, giving feedback on what’s working and what could improve, allowing us to constantly adapt and evolve to meet your needs.

Opened in December 2018, our Plymouth branch is the newest branch of Teonfa Care. The branch provides care for people in their own homes across Plymouth. We strive to meet the needs of all of our clients in a friendly and open way, listening to feedback and altering our practice accordingly.
