Lowest Graduate Unemployment Rate for Decades
The latest What do graduates do? report by Prospects shows the unemployment rate for graduates (six months after leaving university) is at its lowest for 39 years.
Dr Deborah Watson, Director of Gradsouthwest said "With graduate unemployment at such a low the jobs market is getting increasingly competitive for employers seeking graduate talent. Employers must really look at what they are offering to temp the best graduates to join them."

Record Registrations at the Autumn Careers Fairs
Exhibiting at ten university careers fairs in four weeks allowed us to chat with thousands of final year students and achieve record new registrations.
Time and time again, the students visiting our stand told us that they want to develop a career in the south west and were delighted to find so many opportunities available all in one place. All in all, a great endorsement of the value we play in matching graduates with businesses!
