Support our bid for funding for SW businesses!

We're working in partnership with universities on a bid to secure funding to help creative arts students and graduates secure better graduate jobs.

A core part of the bid is funding towards the costs of hosting an internship; a salary subsidy so that businesses can benefit from a short term injection of creative skills at reduced costs.

We're also looking at funding for mentoring, skills workshops and networking events.

Critically, if successful, this will be available to businesses and organisations from all sectors; not just those in the creative industries.

We need to demonstrate that the proposal is supported by business. If you think this funding could be of value to your business or organisation, please indicate your support by completing our very short (three questions!) online survey! Thank you!

An expression of interest doesn't commit to you anything - it will just help us collect some numbers to support our efforts to secure more funding for south west businesses.

The bid is to the Office for Students and you can read more about the funding available here.

Happy to see SW get more creative industry funding - especially in the digital sphere

We would be willing to support this bid as we have in the past supported summer students and placements schemes for those on engineering courses so would be very interested in knowing there is funding/partners to work with who could support us in this process
