Easter Vacation - a key application window for the Class of 2025!

If you are looking to recruit from the class of 2025 you will need your job adverts live for applications to be made during the Easter vacation. Talking to students the 'holidays' are often a time when their focus turns to securing a job - it's a good excuse not to revise too!

AI in Recruitment

There is a huge rise in the use of AI in recruitment: both from recruiters and applicants.

As a recruiter, do you give any guidance to applicants as to what is acceptable?

We found a guide from the Civil Service, and thought we'd share it with you. They give examples of acceptable and unacceptable uses of AI and remind candidates that generic is bad and that personalisation and authenticity is key to good applications and interviews.
