2026 - How did that happen?

Gradsouthwest was conceived in 2001as part of a drive to retain graduate skills in the south west region. This means we'll be marking our 25th anniversary this year - we can't quite believe it!

Over the years, we've successfully recruited for thousands of companies. We've also offered paid graduate internships within our team, and mentored students and recent graduates, helping to kick-start careers.

As a small business ourselves, we understand the challenges of graduate recruitment. That's why if you don't recruit, we'll extend your advert free of charge. And why we signpost to any university funding and resources that we become aware of.
