Job Title : Market Research Analyst  

Location : Salisbury : SP2 7PX ; An 8-minute walk from Salisbury train station. Happy with hybrid once settled

• CI precision want an inquisitive intern / graduate to help do market research
• They work with international pharma clients like GSK, Catalent, AZ
• They may be working with a pharma client in Spain or the USA but not working with that client in Germany (as an example)
• So we want someone to come in and help them map out target companies- look at where the other sites are, look at who the key decision makers are, LinkedIn research etc.
• This is a research role – it is NOT sales – but we want someone who doesn’t give up easily – someone who is pro-active, a good problem solver, good research skills

We are very flexible on background – no experience required but you need to

1. Be inquisitive, bright, eager to learn
2. Have a bit of an interest maybe in pharma/medical sector
3. Good research skills. The sort of person who likes to investigate things

Ci Precision make a piece of equipment that weighs and sorts tablets in the pharmaceutical industry. They manufacture really top end bits of kit that are supplied into the likes of GSK. They also supply software systems MES : MES solution highlights deviations enabling batch release by exception and interfaces with the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to automatically update stock records. It’s a great sector to be in.

• CI develop both product – design and manufacture of pharma weight sorting equipment; and software – manufacturing execution systems.  
• Based near Salisbury, CI Precision is a forward thinking SME with a headcount of around 35 people. Our core market is the supply of high functional, configurable products to the global pharmaceutical sector, which accounts for 80% of turnover.
