Our network spans the UK and includes over 300 local Agencies which service their local communities, seven Regional Offices, including Bristol, and our Head Offices in Stratford upon Avon. NFU Mutual has been awarded the Gallup Great Workplace Award 2017 – the only organisation headquartered in the UK to win this prestigious prize and one of only 37 companies across the globe to be recognised for its high levels of engagement and the subsequent positive impact on business results. This is the second consecutive year that NFU Mutual has received the award.

To win the award, NFU Mutual had to prove to a panel of expert judges from Gallup that they have an engaged workforce in four key areas: strategy and leadership; accountability and performance; communication and knowledge management; and development and ongoing learning.

As well as the Great Workplace Award, the business also won Gallup’s Essence of Engagement Award in recognition of its success in embedding engagement into its culture.
