Job Description

Exelin Group require a Business Improvement Analyst to undertake a business systems review for all aspects of the business, to deliver a final report with recommendations for future systems development and to support the implementation of new systems. This will involve working across all departments to help understand and map current systems use and identify future needs, collating these needs developing a specification before either purchasing or developing a future business system. 

Business functions involved will be:

  • Finance including integration with existing finance package (Sage)
  • Marketing, including interfaces with third party applications (Survey Monkey, Campaign Monitor)
  • Consultancy sales and delivery operations
  • Quality and environmental management – ISO9001 & 14001 compliance
  • Customer interaction recording (CRM)
  • Employee activity logging and timesheets
  • Internal and external audit management and compliance

This project would suit a recent graduate or someone graduating in 2018 seeking an interesting and challenging development role with exposure to a wide range of business functions in a small and dynamic business. To be successful you do not need previous experience but you will need to demonstrate drive, tenacity and confidence to work within and make a difference to our team. 

This is a 6 month contract but we are looking for someone with the potential to develop into a client facing role in business consultancy, training and advisory services.  Training and support will be provided.

Relevant degrees may include – Business and Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Maths or Engineering.
