Our team is growing and we are looking to recruit Change Coaches in the following areas to deliver the Work and Health Programme over the forthcoming months.

Cornwall – Change Coaches x 4 (1st tranche)

Mid Devon (Exeter/Torbay) - Change Coaches x 3 (2nd tranche)

Plymouth – Change Coaches x 2 (1st tranche)

Bristol – Change Coaches x 2 (3rd tranche)

You are an inspirational, highly motivated individual with a passion for making a difference.  Our teams of Change Coaches will work with people who may have multiple and complex needs e.g. health and disability.

As a Change Coach you will be able to understand, motivate and support individuals to progress and attain sustainable employment. You will adopt a transformational change approach with a caseload of customers using a variety of coaching strategies. You will help customers address their barriers to employment and achieve delivery targets by identifying employment opportunities.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills and experience in negotiation to achieve the right results for your customers. Experience with working with a wide range of employers, skills providers and health providers will be an advantage.

The successful Change Coaches will form part of a dynamic, high performing team to improve life chances and sustainable employment for people on the Work & Health programme.
