Higher and Degree Apprenticeships
Higher and Degree Apprenticeships offer an innovative and cost-effective way of attracting and retaining high-calibre employees and graduates to your business. Since April 2017, large employers (with a pay bill of over £3 million) pay the government Apprenticeship Levy, making higher and degree apprenticeships a cost effective way to fill your graduate level skills gaps.
Employers with a pay bill of less than £3 million will not pay the Apprenticeship Levy but are still eligible for government funding to access higher level and degree apprenticeships.
Recruiting a higher or degree apprentice also brings financial benefits, even if your business isn't paying the Apprenticeship Levy.
The first step is to decide to employ an apprentice, then to identify a training provider. When you are ready to recruit, that's where we come in!
