Career Mentor Schemes

And finally this month, we would like to give a shout out to all the University teams who put together Career Mentor schemes for their students and recent graduates - and a plea to any of you professionals out there who could be a mentor.

At Gradsouthwest we have been active mentors for many years now.

By generously sharing your personal and professional skills, knowledge and experience you can be instrumental in improving the career prospects and employability of students and recent graduates in our region.

With your support, they may also be able to grow their network and ultimately make better informed choices about their career.

Contact your local University or for alumni your old stomping ground to see if they are looking for mentors.

Many companies also allow mentoring as part of their ESG/Volunteering pledges - so what is stopping you?
