2024 a year of change?

How can we already be in week 3 of 2024?!

We often talk about change, but many things will remain the same:

- skills shortages and gaps remain persistent in the region.

- recruitment remains challenging, and finding the right new employees is hard - especially in those shortage areas.

- the majority of south west students really do want to work in the south west when they graduate.

- come July thousands more will graduate and enter the workforce for the first time.

Make sure you tap into this pool of new recruits next year by advertising your roles with us.

As for what will change... change is a given so I'm sure we will roll with what 2024 throws at us!
